Our
Personnel
All Private Security patrol, response and security personnel:
Complete a full pre-employment
screening process, including drug/alcohol screening and background
investigation.
Are provided with all needed
uniforms and equipment (except firearms).
Are licensed
by the State of California Bureau of Security and investigative Services
as security officers, and are required firearms, baton, and pepper
spray.
Are
supervised by our 24-hour Emergency Response Center and provide 24-hour,
seven day per week field supervision.
Are required
to complete Private Security training program, including instruction in
the role of a security officer, first aid and CPR, laws of arrest,
weaponless defense, use of force, report writing, communication
self-defense, and patrol/response procedures. This training is conducted
by outside instructions to ensure quality and consistency. The training
emphasizes the high visibility prevention role of uniformed patrol.
