Our Personnel
All Private Security patrol, response and security personnel:

• Complete a full pre-employment screening process, including drug/alcohol screening and background investigation.

• Are provided with all needed uniforms and equipment (except firearms).

• Are licensed by the State of California Bureau of Security and investigative Services as security officers, and are required firearms, baton, and pepper spray.

• Are supervised by our 24-hour Emergency Response Center and provide 24-hour, seven day per week field supervision.

• Are required to complete Private Security training program, including instruction in the role of a security officer, first aid and CPR, laws of arrest, weaponless defense, use of force, report writing, communication self-defense, and patrol/response procedures. This training is conducted by outside instructions to ensure quality and consistency. The training emphasizes the high visibility prevention role of uniformed patrol.
